Manage your wallet, subscriptions, payment methods, and transaction history.
1. How the Wallet Works
Your Africoders Wallet is your central payment hub. It shows your current balance, subscription status, and full transaction history. All platform purchases are tracked here.
2. Making a Payment
When you purchase a course, subscribe to Pro, or buy prompt packs, you're redirected to Flutterwave's secure checkout. Choose your preferred payment method (card, bank transfer, USSD, mobile money) and complete the transaction.
3. Subscribing to Pro/Enterprise
Go to your Wallet or any app's pricing page. Select Pro ($19/month) or Enterprise ($49/month). Choose monthly or annual billing (save 2 months with annual). Complete payment to activate instantly.
4. Understanding Your Subscription
Your subscription grants premium access across ALL Africoders apps — not just one. Features include unlimited AI chat, expanded Drive storage, all prompt packs, premium tools, and priority support.
5. Cancelling a Subscription
Visit your Wallet and click Manage Subscription → Cancel. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again. Reactivate anytime.
6. Requesting a Refund
Email support@africoders.com with your transaction reference and reason. Subscription refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Course refunds are available if you've accessed less than 20% of the content.
7. Payment Verification
Most Flutterwave payments verify instantly. If pending, wait 5 minutes then click Verify Payment in your Wallet. For bank transfers, verification may take up to 24 hours. Contact support if an issue persists.
