• Follow through on commitments

5. Content Standards

All content shared on Africoders should be:

• Relevant to the community and platform purpose
• Accurate and factual to the best of your knowledge
• Original or properly attributed
• Free from spam or promotional content (unless permitted)
• Appropriate for a professional environment

6. Harassment and Bullying

We have zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or intimidation in any form:

• No direct threats or violence
• No repeated unwanted contact or stalking
• No sharing of personal information without consent
• No coordinated attacks or mass reporting
• No targeted campaigns against individuals or groups

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Respect others' privacy:

• Do not share personal information without consent
• Do not collect or use data for unauthorized purposes
• Respect private messages and conversations
• Understand platform boundaries between public and private

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a conflict with another member:

• Try to resolve it privately and respectfully
• Use reporting tools if necessary
• Do not escalate publicly or seek allies for attacks
• Allow moderation team time to investigate

9. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Warning or notice
• Content removal
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination

10. Report Violations

If you witness a violation, report it to community@africoders.com with details and evidence. We appreciate your help in maintaining a healthy community.
